What’s Wrong With This Photo?

Sorry for the late post today.  I was busy drafting a pleading in a case that I’m helping another attorney with.  Although I’m no longer with a law firm, I’m still practicing law, but just a very little bit.  My brain has a hard time switching back and forth between legal and photography projects, so when I have “work work” to do, I try to just sit down and do it all at one time.  So, that’s what I did today, thus the super late blog post.

The other night when we were watering the grass, Tanner had a great time playing in the sprinkler.  Of course, I snapped a few pics, one of which is the subject of today’s contest.  The first person to e-mail me and correctly identify two things that are “wrong” with this photo will win a $25 print credit.

Hint:  The two things that are “wrong” with the photo are not related to each other.  Good luck!

Update:  Congratulations to Anissa who was the first to correctly identify that Tanner’s shorts are coming off and that we are watering the driveway, not the grass (thanks to Mr. Tanner).  Thank you to everyone who participated in today’s contest!  Usually, I try to post an update quickly after someone e-mails with the correct answer, but I wasn’t able to do that this morning (thanks to Mr. Tanner).  He was up again last night crying hysterically for over 2 hours (just like he did last Thursday morning).  He and I slept in until after 9:00 again and I took him to school after 10:00 again.  Let’s hope that we don’t loose electricity and that my website goes down again, just like last Thursday.  Here’s a couple more photos from the night that his pants kept falling down and we watered the driveway.  Happy Thursday!
