A Natural

Saturday night I had the pleasure of working with a super cool kid who is an absolute natural in front of the camera.  The key to getting natural, relaxed shots is to give kids (especially those that are a little older, including seniors) some room during the session.  So parents, feel free to hang back a little during the sessions.  Don’t worry, I won’t feel like you’re “abandoning” us, but do stay close enough that you can still enjoy watching the session.  This little girl’s dad is the newest member of  ”Team Centerpiece” (he’ll be helping us out with our upcoming big events - thanks!) and he hung out with Kris and Tanner (who tagged along for the session) while I got these shots.

I think this one is my favorite . . . .

Which brings us to today’s contest:  What road were we on when I took the above photo?  E-mail guesses will be accepted through noon tomorrow.  All correct guesses will be placed in a drawing for a $25 print credit.  Yes, I know this is an extremely difficult contest and sorry, no hints yet.  (If there are no correct guesses by 8:00 am tomorrow morning, I’ll post another photo that might help out.)  Good luck!

Update:  No one has e-mailed with the correct answer yet, so I’ll give you a couple of hints.  Hint #1: The first three photos above were taken at the Kansas Museum of History.  Hint #2:

Feel free to guess again if you e-mailed a guess yesterday.  Good luck!

Second Update:  Those hints were just the thing to get the correct answers rolling in.  Congratulations to Erin whose correct answer (north Wannamaker Road) won the drawing.
