My favorite sessions of the year are quickly approaching: The Santa mini-sessions. If you had the pleasure of bringing your kids to visit Santa at Centerpiece Photography last year, then you know that is it a wonderful experience for the kids. The sessions aren’t just about getting beautiful holiday pictures, its about letting the kids experience the magic of Christmas. They get to visit with Santa about what they would love to find under the tree, he tells them stories, they may even enjoy some Christmas cookies together. The dates and times that Santa will be here are as follows:
Friday, November 23 – 3:00 to 6:00 (Completely Booked)
Saturday, November 24 – 9:00 to noon (Completely Booked)
Sunday, November 25 – 2:00 to 6:00 (Completely Booked)
Saturday, December 1 – 2:00 to 6:00 (Completely Booked)
Sunday, December 2 – 3:00 to 6:00 (Completely Booked)
November 24 and 25 is the weekend after Thanksgiving, so if you have out-of-town family that will be here that weekend, be sure to let them know about our Santa mini-sessions.
The session fee for the Santa mini-sessions is $25 for a 20 minute session, and a special portrait package of one 5 by 7, two 4 by 6s and four wallets (same pose) is available for $25 each. The 25% discount for a la carte prints will be applied a little differently for the Santa mini-sessions. It will be an “early bird” discount for print orders placed within 5 days of the gallery being posted. I’m doing this to encourage you to place your orders just as quickly as you possibly can. The lab that I use (like all professional print labs) gets very, very busy and backed up before the holidays. So, in an effort to get you your prints and cards before the holidays, we need to have the orders placed quickly. We can make your holiday cards using a photo from your Santa session. I will be posting the design for the holiday cards soon, so be on the look out for that posting.

Our set for the Santa sessions will be similar to the one we used last year with the Christmas tree in the background. Please review our “Holiday” gallery on the website for samples from last year. I can’t resist posting my favorite photo of Tanner and Santa from last year (everyone always asks me if he was really sleeping when I took this photo and, yes, he was).
