Boy have we had a lot of snow here this winter, or what? Here’s some photos of Tanner enjoying one of our previous snowfalls.

I love this next one. Kris was throwing a snowball at Tanner (which you can see there in mid air near Tanner’s left hand). Tanner would scrunch up like that every time a snowball came his way.

Hopefully we’ll be able to get out and play in this latest batch of snow too. I’m not sure that will happen, though, because we’ve been spending our evenings working at the studio. We were able to finish the floors over the New Year’s holiday and we have turned our attention to constructing a wall. The studio is a long narrow space and we are building a wall to separate the front from the back. We are also enclosing the open staircase that is in the back of the studio. That open stairwell made me so nervous with kids at the studio. I was so afraid that someone would fall down there, but it is now enclosed so I can rest a little easier. The construction is going much faster than I expected, so that’s super.
We’ve also been busy photographing a wedding two weekends ago and then we had a booth at the bridal fair last weekend. The wedding went great and I’ll be posting some of those photos soon. The bridal fair great too, and we really enjoyed meeting all the area brides.
I’m looking forward to the mini-sessions this weekend. We do have a couple of those sessions still available, so its not too late to sign up for a session. I’ve had several studio sessions lately on the white background and I just love how they’ve turned out. This little sweetie brought a cake to celebrate her first birthday.

Here are a couple shots from a baby plan 9 month session. (FYI: This super cute shirt is from Old Navy.)

And here she is enjoying a Valentine lollipop.

And here’s a little 6 month old who was visiting from out of town. He had so many smiles for me.

We also mixed it up a little with the black background for a newborn session. This little guy was so sweet. I forget how little newborns are.

Sheesh, I wrote a lot today. I have lots more to write about, but I’ll save that for later.
