What is This?

Judging by the number of correct entries in the previous contests, the questions aren’t nearly difficult enough, so its time to step it up a bit.    Identify what Tanner is standing in front of:

Update:  I really thought this contest was more difficult than previous contests, but lots of you e-mailed in with the correct answer:  A garage door.  I’m not sure of the exact address but this really colorful garage is in Topeka (somewhere between downtown and the hospitals).  When I first saw it I just knew I’d have to get some photos of Tanner in front of those colorful doors.  Here’s another shot where you can see more of the garage:
